We want you to be completely over the moon with your r.e.m. beauty products, but if you are not satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and meet our safety standards to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print this label and securely attach it to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring products are protected, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
